Chicago Halloween 2009 Halsted St.

Chicago Northalsted Street Parade 2009 and costume contest including the Party on Halsted St. after the parade. Sorry I couldn't get all the costumes, and thanks to Environmental Encroachment--Magic Circus Band for the music! The Current Roster for Magic Circus Band according to Wikipedia includes:
