A social experiment is conducted in a park. Three people try to steal a bike out in the open. First, a white teenager. Then, a black one. Finally, a young blond tries her luck. Does anyone try to stop them?

People don't question his actions because they are smart enough to know that the thef could attack them with a monkey wrench. Most people aren't armed to the 10's while out for a jog.

That's not what I said, but if I see a white dude with a big box that looks like a bomb at a black panther rally. People are going to be suspicious. I'm not saying it's right, but 95% of people play off social cues and will react accordingly.  Look how the media portrays black people (most of the time), wouldn't you be concerned too if you were brainwashed to do so?

Nope.... it's _exactly_ the same here in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) a TV program did the same test with the same results....
