well this is waaaay afterward but i had this problem indoors as well the best way i've found is to till the soil about 8 inches (down) from where you think the root ball will be and mix about 2 TBSP of regular oatmeal per foot of the plant in with the extra 8 inches of tilled soil and then transplant and make sure to water with a anti transplant shock and this should fix these problems.

thats fukin disgusting no wonder the plants is dying you were feeding it bacteria

That takes care of the nutrition side of things so now you need to take care of the lack of water in the soil. The trickle feeder can be an old watering can connected to a hose if you cant place the barrel at the base or if you want it out of sight.
Putting your nutes near the stem is good enough. Tomato feed is also cheap and works well. Dont put it too much as your leaves will curl up and turn yellow at the tips

So the aim at this stage in planting out is to keep the roots moist and maybe shelter the plant a little during the hottest part of the day while not compromising too much on sunshine.
If you play your cards right you can get well over 20 ounces form that plant so...you could.
1) Place a clear Perspex sheet over the square gap of the shelter to stop some of the sun's rays while still photosynthesising well.

if the shade cloth wasnt there it would have been dead what can i do
Another thing mate, I can only assume it is the height of summer there so you really need to make the most of the last bit of sunshine before flowering proper kicks in. Get some chipped park and lob it at the base of the plant to keep the moisture in the soil. Keep the barrel topped up until the plant no longer needs constant water then go back to it every other week with some feed. Guano tea is the shit and never rule out cow manure... Hope this helps

Your grow area seems very sunny which is good but too much sun can be bad at this stage while the plant gets over the initial shock of transplanting
2)Fill a 3-4 gallon barrel with water and pierce a small hole at the bottom corner and place it at the base of the plant to ensure a slow trickle of water keeps the plant upright. After 2 weeks you can get rid of all this crap as the plant's roots will be deep enough so the plant will be established. All you have to do sit back and watch her grow!

Nice healthy looking plant there mate. You have options at this point. Your plant is wilting in the mid day sun because it can't maintain an efficient transpiration gradient as your soil appears to be a bit sandy and dry so the rate between uptake through the roots is much slower than the evaporation at the leaves between the hours of 11 and 3pm which in Aus must be a hot time!
