Because they do know the government's policy about Tibet(and other minorities) is fault,so they try to hide the fact.That's why they show very emotional reaction and histeric sophistry.

Not only for minorities, Chinese Communist Party is also suffering Chinese citizens, farmers, and workers.
According to Beijing government's report, the number of protest action(not number of people) in 2005 was 84000, a year!
This is the fact. Beijing fears to face such fact.
