@Osucodecaju21 The pandeiro de couro and the nylon are two different instruments used for two different sounds. The pandeiro de couro has a naturally lower sound than the nylon one, and tightening it to it's max is not a great idea. The couro is used more for playing chorinho, so you can play low notes both with your thumb and your figer tips. The nylon head pandeiro is played by repeating your thumb to play low notes, and it has a much higher pitch. Boa sorte ae!

hey bro, i just started doing this pandeiro thing. so far i bought two um pandeiro de couro e mais um de lata..for some reason im having a hard time withh the couro, I taped the bottom with a coin alias! and i just cant get the sound i want? should i tighten it to its max? vlw pelo video!
