  • I disagree with u. The nature of genius is that it can make large leaps forward that others can't. One great mind can be much better than 100 average minds. I think Einstein got ideas from others but he's the one who added enough to them to make them work. The math inhibited others, so he ignored it and visualized instead.

And the fact he was mocked and ignored means that those writings were his own. If people had published the same ideas earlier, they would be the ones mocked for while.

  • Do not confuse intelligence with wisdom, nor ingenuity with opportunity. If I have been able to see further than most men it is because I have " stood on the shoulders of giants" . My own search for the truth has been formed by these questions: Does this make sense? How does this piece fit into the total picture of science discovery? In the case of Einstein, I ask how is it possible for one man to do the work of so many and then go so dry? Why was he mocked and ignored in 1905? Think.

  • As P.T. Barnum used to say, There is a sucker born every minute. And no country has had more suckers than the USA. The funniest con has to be how a third grade patent clerk in Switzerland suddenly became up with scientific theories that had stumped the world best scientists for 100 years-- by simply copying out what they had already been published in earlier papers. And America believed him.

Small wonder the entire country is about to go belly upexcept for the bankers of course.

  • Actually, you're right. Albert Einstein made no discovers of any importance. They were all made by another man with the same name. :)

  • You need serious help, and quickly.

  • Ya sure..."the world's greatest scientist " who did the equivalent work in three or four years of the work of 100 of the world's greatest scientists for the previous 100 years, at least, all while working full time as a 3'rd class patent clerk in Switzerland, who gave no credit initially to anyone for his discoveries, because it came to him "in a dream", was, at the age of 55 too old to help with the greatest scientific problems of the day...I have a bridge I would like to sell you ...

  • By the time the Manhattan Project was started, Einstein was no longer in the forefront of physics . That's why he wasn't invited.

  • As do I

  • Faker Einstein was so little thought of by the people who knew the truth about him that he wasn't even asked to help out in any way with the Manhattan project. This so called world's greatest scientist, who claimed to have done the work all by himself of our 50 to 100 of our best scientists from 1870 to 1905, was not even asked to help out on the greatest scientific problem of his day. And when asked,to explain how he had come to his conclusions, he claimed they came to him while he was asleep.
