if Massoud was still alive there would be no foreign troops operating in Afghanistan , massoud states that he does not need American or foreign troops in Afghanistan but he simply wants help with military equipment for hes soldiers and food rationing for the poor and hungry , after all , the Taliban and AL Qaeda are being given tremendous help by the Pakistani intelligent services ISI
