Photographer Dafna Levy took a picture in 1992. It showed a cheerful yellow billboard bearing a syrupy poem about the beauty of mountains, something you scan quickly and break off reading about halfway through. It took me a minute to notice the barbed wire, and a minute more to realize where this photo had been taken...
This whole video is ironic because it talks about heaven and holiness, yet it's placed by a prison, which is a place people displaying the complete opposite are held.

i think it means Heaven or holiness and such can be found in high places because people think Heaven is up. but we are anchored to the earth because we have commited sins.

Indo-Tibetan Border Police... I think this is regarding the exodus of Buddhists/Tibetans from Tibet into India and Nepal. Auli is all mountains, as is Nepal. So basically, the billboard is implying that the mountains of India and Nepal will protect people? I'm not really sure... the ITBP is like a disaster force, to protect against storms and stuff, but they also deal with threats and things of that nature.

i think it is in a death camp during the holocaust and that it means that when you have hope in the darkest of times you still see beauty in the most subtle things like an old dirty yellow poem on a wall.....and maybe since the poem is outside the wall it symbolizes hope...
