What are patches for? I am new to all of this. I've figured out how to upload the firmware and games and what not. But I still have a lot more to learn about these flash cards :P What exactly are patches for?

acekard 2.1 is ds and ds lite only.
acekard 2i supports dsi to.
But I think the 2.1 is cheaper.

2i is for DSi firmware. unsure if it works on lite/fat DS

Is there a big difference between this one and acekard 2i?

Its "USB" and its so you can connect your SD card into your computer without any fancy SD connectors

Still clipped together but the 2.1 feels a lot more safer than the 2 did.
