At 12:00 PM, WTOC played the last song called "Hello Goodbye" by the Beatles. After that, Tony Dee was announced that WTOC was leaving the airwaves for good. Since 1953, the station signed on the air as WNNJ in Newton, NJ and it has been on the air for 58 years and even on several music formats over the years until it became the "True Oldies Channel". It was owned by Clear Channel in which it owned WTOC for a few years until it was sold to to a company called Minority Media and Telecommunications Council where it was going pull the plug on "True Oldies Channel" and flipped to a Spanish religious satellite network called Radio Vision Cristiana.

Here is the last minute of the station's sign-off . Enjoy!
