@baystategal not a problem, hope im open enough about what to expect post op :)... that career move I feel is the best thing for me to do, I see plenty of over weight kids on the road and see how tough they have it, so I can relate

@jasleeve well I can lift weights but not HARDCORE weights just something light to tone up and firm the muscle. damn did I lose audio? shit I forgot to check the video before I uploaded damn! I had the numbness too before surg and it is scary but with the supplements it went away quickly. Glad it was just b12
