  • Hi CT, Thanks for the comment and I can't wait to see your take in it. I want to re shoot the iron cross as my forearms bend in the beginning. The entire body has to stay completely stiff and I push off with only three fingers on each hand. The entire body comes off the ground maybe 4 inches. It's absolutely intense but the effect is awesome!

  • That is a Super Hard push up, I am proud to say I can do it, I do a variation that i call a "Crucifix" push up, i will be uploading a video of my self doing it very soon, i don't believe it is any harder than yours just a little twist on it, the reason you don't see people doing them is "There to Hard" especially on the front delts, Good Job!!!!!
