The economy of s.A is very good to every1,to both the blacks n hardworking whites(majority of rich S.A are whites), the ones complaining about the S.A economy, are the lazy, free loaders who benefited from handouts of apartheid regime,and cheap black labor. its tough to work for a living. if you go back to Europe,especially your homeland the Netherlands, they give a lot of welfare, and the bums will feel right at home.The hard workers can stay n continue living the wealth life, S.A has to offer.

The Higher Parliament acts as the ultimate body of government, there is no form of presidency or cabinet, but a representative of the parliament for international affairs. States are equally represented in the parliament (so that no state has majority). The amount of States is determined by the means in which the system is implemented. The only changes to the Constitution will be that to accommodate this system. The economy will change quite a lot.

@Tjoekelina I don't know yet, I have been working on a system for some time now. It has no name, but it is definitely unique. It includes various forms of governance, of which some are equivalent to Separate Development (Apartheid). but otherwise, it is open bordered (Freedom of movement) and total governmental transparency. So far, it seems to have separate states with their own parliament, cabinet and presidency ruled by regulation set out by the State Parliament. - to be continued-

Hi Wihan. But what would that system be? Originally there was a "coalition government," but the white parties were ignored and ridiculed, and so withdrew out of it. It's obvious that these power hungry thugs will ride the country to the ground, and raid, rape, steal and kill their way through the years as their ignorant followers keep voting for them. This government is only interested in stealing the taxpayers money, not in effective governing.
