  • Oops, I didn't realize that you had replied, Harry. Eat the quick dumplings when you're hungry. Eat the good dumplings when you have the time. :-)

  • We used all purposed. Hmmm...not sure why yours is changing color. The main thing to pay attention to in making dumpling dough is in making sure that you use ice water. I'm not sure about the scientific explanation of it, but I've read that it's very important. Good luck!
