Global warming is threatening the lives of thousands of people living in the so-called 'roof of the world'.
Rising temperatures are causing glaciers in the Himalaya mountains to melt, and the water threatens to sweep away whole villages.
But, as Subina Shrestha reports, experts are looking into an early warning system that could protect these remote communities from an environmental disaster.
Data I've seen shows that CO2 rises "after" warming occurs. It's not that CO2 causes the warming. Climate change is "natural". The ice melting or accumulating is going to happen no matter what we do worldwide. These are my strong opinions. I try to keep an open mind but "man-made" GW looks like a massive tax rip-off to me right now. I'm confident those floods have been happening there like that for 100s of 1000s of years, depending on the cycles going on for millennia.

The Climatic Research Unit (CRU) from the University of Anglia has been hacked. Thousands of their e-mails and data dating back to 1996 have been leaked. You can even search the CRU climate fraud e-mails by keyword. Have fun!
