As far as I know the "International version" does not have a V6 engine, the biggest one would be the 2.5L 4cyl engine =(

Yeah I don't understand that either, but bare in mind that although you get poorer versions of the same cars that the rest of the world get, you get your cars a hell of a lot cheaper in the USA, especially when compared to the UK ( Where I Live). My dad bought an almost base model European-Spec 2008 Mazda6 and that cost him £18,000, a near top of the range North American-Spec 2008 Mazda costs just $18,000, which at the time converted to just £9,000!
