Why the hell weren't Dream Theater put on the main stage? Whoever decided to put them on this stage must be heavily retarded! It annoys me that they don't get the recognition they so deserve.

:( i wish i went to download last year instead or.. they played this year. If there's one thing I'll regret not doing it'll be not seeing them. Seriously no band has inspired me so much.

I know cover bands that have been on the road for 20 years. I'm talking about success at the level of Rush, Maiden, Priest, etc. I know Dream Theater has money and a lot of people know who they are, but most of the bands who are making millions right now and are much more popular can't even comprehend playing a Dream Theater song.

In other words, they're not underated as musicians...they're underpaid and underacclaimed as a band.

andorbolt and robbie3051: I agree with you. Labrie definitely sucks live, he's always sucked after live at the marquee, and judging for his capabilities, he will keep sucking 'till the end of time (or his life, whatever occurs first xD).

They're not underated. Everybody knows how good they are. It's just the simple fact that talent doesn't always equal success and money. In fact, most popular bands prove the opposite.
