And affirmations i use to direct myself- either to see myself as nothing, worthless or the greatest whole as all watching nothing and vise versa. I change some to not loose myself since i do not feel that i have made this realization of what is me to the clarity i seek.
Suggest you see that clarity exists when you're not trying to assess your experience with the mind, but simply remain here breathing, physically aware of yourself
Who you are won't be defined by words or facts that you see as yourself - this must be part of your realizations then.
You'll see there's no point to continue 'seeking' When that ceases - you'll see that all is already here as you.
I think thats the only thing we have to go by-
Like the sun when your looking at it, its almost like the same feeling when getting looked at so what says that this information one receives from it is bad?
When can i be considered physically aware?
Am i nothing, mind or matter or both?
I seek to unlock to be consciously aware of what i see, i might see the duality to a degree but not understand it as id like.
