Just trying to draw an eight of a sphere for a smooth corner, and...wtf?

  • make two circles one above the other, BUT! "they" have to be in perpendicular planes!

    After use on as a PATH and the other one as the EXTRUSION SURFACE! with the FOLLOW ME TOOL!

  • select the line you're trying to follow using the selection tool, choose the extrude tool, than click on the surface to be extruded. Or get the sphere-maker plugin. follow-me can be buggy. I suspect it is more of a problem with how windows handles FPP operations/direct draw--not sketchup.

  • the extruder tool is too scary :S

  • Its probably because you have too small objects. For example it,s hard to draw filled square smaller than 0,5 x 0,5mm. Scale them bigger and try again.
