You're fucking retarded, a lot of them can't get into shooting ranges because the guns they use had been used in crimes or are stolen, and many times civilians die in crossfire. Everything changes when someone is shooting back at you, you've obviously never been in a real situation where you needed to use your gun, because no matter how much you practice, when the moment comes, you're NEVER prepared.
