Me as a sim - giving birth.

This is me as a Sim (well, sorta. It's a bit off.), giving birth to my first baby! :) (Please pardon my difficulty adjusting the camera. The birth took me by surprise.) The long pause is the game "processing" the new baby (or preparing the Stork, as they call it.) Can anyone tell me why my Sim husband suddenly has an invisible/blue face?

I can't seem to get this message to post! ARGH!

This was just the basic Sims 2 game for the PC. There are now 3 versions of the Sims. Sims 3 came out last month, I believe. You'll need a very modern computer to play that, as it has certain memory & graphic requirements. You can still buy Sims 2 & Sims (1) on eBay, Amazon, Gamestop, and maybe Best Buy, Target, & Walmart. There are are also expansion packs for each game, but you'll need the 'base' game that coordinates with it first.

I've never played the Sims so I can't explain the face glitch, but I must say the baby birth is most amusing ^__^

I just hope nobody thinks a lady really DOES give birth to a child this way XD

If an alien impregnates you, you give birth to a half alien half human baby. And guys can get pregnant from aliens too... so yeah, definitely not true-to-life.

Well, this was on my older computer but it seemed to have enough memory before & after that -- it's just that one reoccurring issue w/that character. If it was a memory issue, wouldn't it have self-corrected once more memory was freed up? I haven't really tried to play this much on my 'new' laptop (almost 2 yrs old now). I did a couple times when I first got it but Windows Vista is such a memory hog.
