Thanks Pixie and the 9, everything you have said is happening to me at the present time. Some days I hardly need sleep and others I sleep a long time, and I am having very clear dreams, but mainly I feel very calm and at peace. I also have a great sense of exciting changes in the air.

Thank you for clearing this up. I'm up again at 3am, during the day I get exhausted also and my sleep has been crazier than ever. My body also feels very strange and there seems to be nothing I can do but rest and drink water. Yet in my heart I've never felt so whole, so connected and free. I look forward to the time when my body and inner being are in better alignment..

I guess this is why I have been sleeping less, I started looking at the stars, moon activity, educating others etc.. I have tears in my eyes of joy. A overwhelming tingleing sensation as I listen to this track I felt lighter and now I have some clarity. Like someone finally explianed to me what is happening. Thank you!!!!

@1ShaolinStyle this started a year ago for me but i really had no idea it was a higher power. i am also not a believable source because up until recently i was using the substance dextromethorhan hbr. i was convinced this was a "super hero" type drug. i still believe i tapped into this through the substance and now if i use it i use it as a meditation aide.

I need less sleep. sometimes im up for 3 days. im confused on what i am supposed to believe in. does this have anything to do with christ? if it doesnt then that explains why i never felt comfortable in church. i still try to pray to a higher power but i would like to know what to call this higher power if anything. somedays i feel more than others and sometimes i forget that this is happening to me. i become fearful and dont want this yet sometimes i embrace it.

well this makes perfect sense...I have noticed that recently I sometime require like 10 or more hours of sleep and sometimes it is hard for me to sleep even 3! Also my dream time is so vivid, colorful and real, more so than ever before. I can smell, touch taste, feel, everything in them! I even had an astral projection last week! And now almost everyday I remember my dreams in their entirety... most seem to be healing with people of my past in some form or another...
