Very nice video! Greetings from Brazil.
-
wow... a parkour team in my very own city... (simi valley)... where do u train?
-
Does he have an own profile? I'd ask him then...
-
Nice flow! Nice Tic-Tacs! 5 stars...
Yeah the only bad touch was the guy rolling at 1:07 ... If I saw it right he rolled completely over his back. Damn, didn't it hurt when he landed? Ok, perhaps the ground wasn't that hard but on a road or anything else he would hurt himself for sure... Before you let someone make such jumps get sure that he can land safely and without thinking about what he is doing...
(Just a thought for your teaching basics... )
Anyway, high level! Thumbs up guys!

Go Team Lift! XD

LOL they guy at 107 rolled straight over his head
-
sweet at 3:38 but the vid needs work

Ok one of the people in this video was a stuntman in Transformers and I was wondering if you could give me his name. He is the guy flipping at 0:23.
Oh, sorry! Just saw that everything to this theme has allready been written...

yea the forward roll at 1:07 is David LaVera, Professional stunt man. As to why he didn't shoulder roll....you'd have to ask him. Capability-wise, though, he's one of the best in the group.

some of you really need to work on your technique! some landings are horrible and the drops are way too high! 1:08...i dont need to say anything more to that!
and please stay away from rooftops, its illegal!
Keep up the training but do it safely!

Some of the landings look hard because PKLA primarily teaches newcomers the basics, so until they really learn to land properly, they land a little hard. As for the drops being to high, that all depends on who is jumping. The only people who do those drops are the more experienced ones.Just because a drop is to far for you, doesn't mean it's to far for someone else.

As for the legality of rooftop running, I'm not sure where you're from, but in California, with everyone as Sue-Crazy and liability paranoid as they are, pretty much everything Parkour or Free Running oriented is illegal in some manner. We also train a lot in a gymnasium first. You can't run without taking risks. Thank you for your input, however, and keep running as well.

Very good parkour. I'm from Poland and in Poland there is not enough good traucers. Good job boys.
