KWPN Hengst "VOLTAIRE" (Furioso II X Gottard)
De preferente hengst Voltaire is geboren uit de prestatiecombinatie van Furioso II x Gotthard.Furioso II bracht vele goedgekeurde zonen en internationale springpaarden.Moeders vader Gotthard is nog altijd een begrip in de Duitse sportpaardenfokkerij.Essentieel in Voltaire 's pedigree is de verbinding in de derde generatie met de volbloed More Magic xx enerzijds en Furioso xx anderzijds. Voltaire zelf heeft zijn sporen verdiend in de internationale springsport met Jos Lansink.In 1989 sloot hij zijn springcarriere succesvol af door het winnen van de Grote Prijs van Berlijn en werd hij tweede in de Grote Prijs van Leeuwarden. Inmiddels is Voltaire "le Chef de Race " van Nederland.
Op de World Breeding Ranking staat Voltaire in de bovenste regionen dankzij de prestaties van zeer veel internationaal presterende kinderen.Internationale springpaarden als Finesse,Play it Again, Altaire,Concorde,Dante,Especiale,Helios,Kahlua,Kannan,Limmetair,Lexicon en vele anderen, maken Voltaire wereldberoemd. Voltaire heeft vele goedgekeurde zonen in heel Europa,waarvan verschillende keurings-en verrich- tings kampioenen.Voltaire is door de USA Equestrian Federation uitgeroepen tot "Huntersire van 2001, 2002 en 2003 ". Voltaire staat in de hoogste regionen van de Nederlandse index met 151 punten.

I have one of his sons. He is the most amazing horse and has done so much for me. They both have the same white socks and blazes. I love both of them!

oh my god he has such grace and style!! god I love Voltaire and everything that I've seen and ridden out of the Voltair line is just as stylish talented!! LOVE HIM!
