First time growing marijuana

Hey there just made a video in hopes i could get some tips and feedback on how i'm doing.
My buddy and I didn't expect to grow this many but one thing led to another and we have a nice bit now.
Hope to put them outside soon so that we don't have to worry to much about them and I can't have them getting to big and stinky inside.
Lemmie know whatcha think

is it illegal to grow, or is it only illegal to smoke and sell?

@Wadde100 Depends on where you live, but most places if you grow personal the cops tend not to care but you could get slapped with a fine maybe. Some areas its alright to have a plant or 2 if your just gonna smoke it but I would check google and look at your area see how strict the laws are.

They r growing to tall u need to drop the lights a bit

If u keep air circulating around them from the seedling stage and the light close enough to the stems will be thicker and stronger , the main thing is to keep air blwing on them just enough slightly move the stem around . If pinch the tops earlier to create more kolas You shouldn't have to stake em up until your babes get enormous buds .

Couple of tips, when the leaves turn yellow it's prolly cause you're watering them too much. also, you should move the lighting closer to the plants, atleast untill they start flowering. when they do I move my lighting situation about a meter above the plants :)

ah, and whats your ventilation like? honestly its enough to crack open a window now and then to change out some of the air ^^

Those lights need moving CLOSER to the plants not further away. You could also try making some reflectors for them. Though I now notice this thread is quite old so I guess this is now irrelevant. How did they turn out anyway?

I would say your plants suck, especially if the plants are 5 weeks old. You need a 400W HPS light.

you're lights aren't enough.. or not close enough. Wouldn't be too sure about how you would grow in a small area with lights that stretch ur plant.

click on my name and I will try to post some pics if I can of my girls...(I went with fem seeds) I'm only allowed 15 plants so don't have the ability to grow out plants 4 weeks to toss the males..waste of time and $

damn dude, I am growing the same strain, and my stems from soil to foliage is about 7-8 inches, as they stretched from poor lighting, you should have kept adding soil alone that huge spindly stem (it should be a LOT thicker by now, too) bury them pencil stems till your plants are only showing 6-8" stem, then all that stem you bury will start rooting, and those plants should take off if going outside...bury em deep. 1,000 watts and still had a bit of stretch due to germinating under a H.O T-5

If I had a bunch of herb plants in my house I would be paranoid as hell.
