Blender is an open-source (so it is free) 3D modelling software. Although its prime purpose is modelling things, it also includes the ability to create games complete with realtime physics simulation including soft-body and cloth physics.
So what I have done here is created a "game" in which pressing the spacebar drives the tank forwards and into the building. The house (including the fencing) you see here is made up of 525 objects.

I have no clue what Blender3D is but it looks pretty cool. Nice video.
