Hello, there. Excellent videos! Um, what....town did you live in where you were creeped out? I wanted some advice because I'm planning on studying abroad there...and would love to know where not to go.

I do feel safer alone at night in Tokyo than I would in New York, but I was still approached by creepy men to take pictures for hentai magazines twice. I would tell people not to be afraid, but they should still be careful if they are a foreigner. I think Japanese women probably get harassed less. What have your experiences been like?

yes...but bad things still happen. 2 people were killed while I was there-- one was a school girl who was lost on a school field trip- they found her will her head cut off several meters away. The 2nd was an elderly women in my area who was found with her head, hands, arms and legs all cut off. I SAW a 下着泥棒 outside my apartment (running off holding underwear). +There was the teacher from England who was killed in Chiba where I was. Then there's all the 痴漢 (i was groped 7 times).

@midori1 japan is safe, one of the safest in the world! waay safer than america. dont let this first bad experience give doubt on japan.

thats crazy! omg! I wanna go to tokyo & or anywhere on that beautiful island of japan but I never imagined an evil host family! I mean Japan has had there times but most Japanese people I encounter or see r really nice!... unless there pretending...? uh oh

ever heard of "Minnesota nice"? The Japanese are minnesota nice. That said, of course there are lots of very kind people too.
