How the Bucs can improve in 2012

This is a way that I believe the Tampa Bay Bucs can turn around their season in 2012 without firing Raheem Morris. Just change the staff, add some veterans players, and hit big in the draft.

@tick757 we need to go Claiborne at CB, then an ILB in the 2nd like Vontaze Burfict if available. Plus LaMichael and Blount were on same team its a perfect fit.

but if we draft a MLB i would get Vontaze Burfict (Arizona state) he's big and fast and looks like a vocal leader on the field

@GuitarD25 Me too i liked Morris as a person but just didnt cut it as a coach i guess he should have been at least given one more year before getting canned.
