Remember this when i was a kid. 360kmh top speed and dubbed 'car of the future'. it was the coolest dream of a car, but looks weird now. it remained a prototype, great post.
"Has anyone ever driven one of these really fast?"
No, this was strictly a styling exercise; it was never intended to be driven on the road. The main reason is that the steering is limited by the front wheels being enclosed in those cut-out wheel wells. There's a stop welded to the steering rack that prevents it from turning more than a few degrees. I saw the Modulo at Pebble Beach and talked to a guy who staged it; it was a bitch to get into position.
Has anyone ever driven one of these really fast? It seems to me that its aerodynamics and the slope down and back from the front bumper would make it tend to lift off like an airplane wing.

And you're right: it would tend to lift.

Thank you for posting this. I, too, didn't think this design ever made it past the "concept car" stage to something that could be driven.
