@rlmorgan95 umm no. united states has skyscrapers. United Arab Emirates economy is basically only oil and. Since oil and gas are getting used less and less now, someone is going to find more efficient and eco friendly energy for cars and everything else and since United Arab Emirates' economy basically all oil and gasoline, they will lose money.
