This video is promoting complacency. This is not self improvement. You need to look in the mirror and say to yourself, what do I want to look like. After all, that was the purpose in the first place. Go for what you are looking for, don't settle for complacency. I know this because your are searching this on the internet. Go for it, you can do it if you put your mind to it!
