Woman Jailed After Outburst During Casey Anthony Jury Selection (FULL VIDEO)

30 yr old Elizabeth Rogers had an emotional outburst at the Pinellas County Florida Courthouse during day 11 of Jury Selection for the upcoming Casey Anthony Murder Trial.

Shouting from the gallery, "she killed somebody anyway", Rogers was immediately escorted from Judge Belvin Perry's courtroom. Within 15 minutes, after a short recess, during which the prospective juror being questioned was dismissed, Ms. Rogers was back in front of Perry to face Contempt of Court charges.

After an 8 minute hearing, Rogers, a self described mentally challenged individual, was convicted and sentenced to 2 days in jail. She was immediately taken into the custody of the Sheriff to begin her sentence.

She stated to the judge that she was in the courthouse for a Domestic Violence case involving herself and her incarcerated fiance in another courtroom and just came over to see for herself what the Anthony jury selection process looked like. She sobbed apologetically throughout her hearing telling the judge that her outburst was spontaneous and didn't realize what she had done until afterwards

Perry stated that if it hadn't been for her mental condition, he would have given her 179 days jail time over the ordeal..

You need to lighten up. What we all see here is a gross imbalance of justice. A vile baby killer shows ZERO remorse while a mentally handicapped woman grovels for forgiveness over a slight infraction. It's warped, and that's why people are pissed.

The judge is an arsehole who cannot speak proper English and apparently enjoys exercising his power of "a-thor-a-tay."

@2pacthugzta you've got to be kidding yourself what evidence is there that she DIDNT DO IT, there is too much coincidence, cross information, lies, crossing stories for her to be absolutely innocent. if she didnt do it why isnt she trying to help put away who actually did it, thinking of any information she can to prove her innocence. she made up the story about the nanny and that was her reason for her parents not to see caylee. her car had evidence in it also.

I never really paid much attention to this case because I simply did not care at all. The only time I really gave it a second glance was after the jury rendered its decision. Seriously, you all need to get a life. I read these comments and I am just blown away at how easily you judge a woman 99.9 percent of you have never met. Focus your energies on things that REALLY matter, like local and federal politics, for goodness sake.
