@dchartier1 and im a front runner as well and ive lost serious races because of it and i hate those kickers just as much as the next but at the end of the day, there the 1s with the medal and not me. ive only got 1 hs year left and i know that i need to stop doing all the work, let others do it a little bit like 1st 2 laps (im miler/800m) then go. front running is just too exhaustive, ull burn out faster if every race is hard start to finish, some races you need others to strat the race 4 you,

@dchartier1 ahh but here is where things get different. ur in HS where as the great bowerman said (a frontrunner advocate) you can get away with it in HS but in college and beyond ppl r smart and know how to use that frontrunning. and ur only winnin ur conference dual meets anyways, i too am a frontrunner but i know the pros and cons of frontrunning, i can guarentee you that you will not win half ur meets in college by frontrunning every race, and besides i never said frontrunning cant be done.

NOT true! I run in HS and I WIN just about ALL my dual meets running FROM THE FRONT straight from the GUN to the FINISH LINE. So YES, it CAN be DONE!
