Is it the spiraL tooL needed to be downloaded coz i can't find the spiral tooL ,, is it available on photoshop1 ,,,, or only on cs2 cs3 & cs4 ???

@FetaSake I don't have CS3 installed on any of my computers anymore so I cannot really answer you. I just know that it is there since CS4.
