The old monied capitalist families eventually create a private cental bank and start issuing the currency; this is when capitalism starts to die. From then on the game is rigged, sooner or later they end up owning everything because they can manipulate the economy through their control of the currency. They then want to shut down capitalism because the game is over, they've won...
