More advice from me. This time it's all about staying warm during those cold winter's days and nights. I give strategies for outdoors, inside and at night, then end with some useful facts.

Song: The Dance
By: Within Temptation.

Enjoy, and please subscribe, favorite etc.

P.S.
Yes, I know some parts are hard to read, but Windows Movie Maker is very limited with text. Will look into a remake with better software!

  • i thought being cold is a plus. Dont u lose more weight when u r cold?

  • @thatsjennifer2u

A minute amount. But you get so cold it's just very uncomfortable.

  • Thats definitely not evanescense..sounds more like Within Temptation

Anyone who needs support for any eating disorder/depression/self-harm etc. Just visit my page. Take a minute to read what I have to say and how I can help. If you need someone to talk to, who's been through it and won't judge.

  • @Support4U2009

Yes, it's "The Dance" live in Utrecht, by Within Temptation. I wrote it at the end.

Please support the artist if you like their music!

  • these were some really good/helpful tips! and you can even find thermal underwear in some cute colors and for cheap at stores like Target and Walmart! Another thing I do in the winter (which may sound a little crazy for some) is get long hair extensions that cover my neck. Not only does it make me look thinner, but it prevents drafty winds from going down my neck and back

  • @CheerySmith03

Ooh, I'm actually letting my hair grow at the moment. And it really helps when it gets windy :)

  • Wow, you really know nothing about anorexia, do you? It's not about eating a friggen' cheeseburger, it's about the fact that you think you don't DESERVE to eat, and that you aren't ever getting rid of that feeling.

Don't. talk. crap. IF YOU DON'T KNOW CRAP.

  • i never knew about that many thin layers thing. Its always cold here in england so that will come in handy.

I don't think army pants would look too good on me though.

  • Great tips. Might help improve my relationship w/ my boyfriend. He always gets mad when I steal his heat, especially when it involves my hands and feet. >:) lol. Besides, walking around campus hurts so bad in winter.... lol. Lots of thanks!

  • I find a hot water bottle and thick fleecy blanket and a thickish duvet., long pj's and a vest and a pair of thermal socks work well for me at night.

  • @amandaphobia08

    Me too. Damn winter! :)

  • @TokyoTokyoBambi thanks for the tip

  • @violinplayer33 if you don't like the damn clothes don't wear them, you don't have to be mean to the person who made the video. if you don't like the video then don't fucking watch it

  • @violet5522 shut the fuck up if you don't like the clothes then don't wear them!! And For your damn information, she's helping anorexic people who get cold all the time you dumb ass. YOU'RE the one who knows nothing about anorexia.

  • @violet5522 Yea, well anyone that is thin looks good in anything for the most part, only a fat person with rolls coming out of all ends would say this is bad fashion sense- HELLO all of the major celbs, and singers wear cloths like that- I wouldn't but that for ME. You should never tell someone they don't have good fashion sense, that is rude and NOT ladylike (if you are a lady) Stop viewing these videos then. Obviously YOU were looking for dieting videos when you came across this. PA-LEASE
