... If the solving process has reached a point where there is no clear match, macro is looking for cell where is minimum matches, saving state, trying possible matches one after the other. If this mode of operation will be error macro going back to saved state and trying next of possible matches :)

Yes I did it myself :) I'm Excel's fan :) This what you can see in this video is just interface. Inside is big sheets full of formulas for calculating the number of possible matches. If any cell have just one possible match this is displayed in the left top square. Macro (Visual Basic) in a continuous copying numbers from left top to center top square. Right top square is to show errors. This one was more use full before I automated this spreadsheet and copying numbers was manually... t.b.c.
