i am never really put off by hygenic things, as long as there arent vermin running around i dont mind, but i hate subway, the smell puts me off, they smell lie plastic cheese and microwaved tomatoes, and occassionally they smell like they have tried to spread terrible cheap herbs to hide the smell of fake food. i dont like subway

oooh how gross for the Subway guy to do that, how rude! I wdnèt hv eaten it either.. The subways here they r very clean, they use the little gloves and someof them ev en give you alittle smile hahah hv a luvly nite!

I used to eat food from Subway every day... Then Cindy and I moved in together and we've been getting our own groceries since then... I'm not sure what's worse.

just give up belts then you don't have the problem! A Subway opened here - Lesley won't let me try it out but I have noticed half eaten stuff lying around town so I guess they are very filling so people can't eat whole ones,

ah. Just take a hammer and a screw driver. Flat head. Hammer the screwdriver through the belt an make an X. It'll work and save you from feeling like a twisted balloon and your pants won't fall down. I am not a fan of Subway either. Ick. I'd rather have chips. Or water. Did you say cookies? - roc

I am so OCD about my food ...That was a horrible story...my son,sister in law and room mate work at subway...hehe...I do like that you can watch what they are doing and If i saw them doing something I did not like I sure would not eat it...

Laughing at your belt drama - I've worn belts very rarely in my life; maybe cuz I always wore tight jeans when I was small and now don't wear them much at all.

Your experience would have put me off for life - I've never seen anything like that in a Subway, but in a franchise situation, it's so easy for people to get sloppy. Goodness - ick.

I have a one strike rule also because that's all it takes..most subway's around here are pretty clean but I don't eat there very often. Have a great day !

I just took a couple of belts to a leather shop and had them punch a new hole.

I have the same personal rules for restaurants. If I get salmonella just once, I'm done with the place.
