Eff me, I can't believe you got an Irish Setter to do this! I had one from the ages of 11 to 24 and she was utterly bonkers but utterly lovely. Well done!

This Dog is an absolute spectular agility dog! I cannot believe this is an Irish Setter! I'm sure you'll have no problem with him in the ABC classes (If you compete in the UK & Ireland) Wonderful! Fantastic! Are you the person that works their Irish Setter in Obedience (U.K.) I think I have seen photos of you on Obedience UK? Well done! All the best for the future!

Wow, your Irish Setter is stunning and super good!! Have just gotten a Gordon Setter/Alaska Husky mix, ha an IS before. Want to try Agility Jump with her. How old should they be before you start training, and what shuld we start with? Got video of her, love it if you took a look! :)

I started training her on the flatfrom about 16 weeks. She could already fetch so I started teaching her go left, go right, and go straight on, as she was fetching. From a6 months I began training her to run between the wings of the jumps. I concentrated on teaching her directions. From about 10 months I started jumping her over low poles. I then raised her to full height jumping about 2 weeks before her first show at 18 months.

Wait until you see the latest addition. 14 months old and his basic control exercises are coming along great style. He changes direction on command, and is already working ahead. If your dog is a real leash puller, try a combination of an Infin8 head collar (don't recommend any other brand) along with clicker training. Works real well.
