Kramer came into the shelter as a stray at the end of July. It's easy to see that he is a very large, gangly, goofy and playful boy, but being only 7 months old, he also has some very big puppy behaviours!

Kramer would be best suited to an ADULT ONLY home because he does resort to using his mouth when he doesn't like something you are doing and he escalates quickly. He has displayed some mild resource guarding of his food bowl which is also unsafe for homes with children.

He is a very high energy boy who will require lots of routine physical and mental exercise to keep him busy. He will also need to follow a program for food bowl rescource guarding in his new home. Information and a plan to do this will be sent home with him.

For Kramer, living conditions are a consideration because he has a tendency of defaulting to barking when there is nothing going on. He loves to hear his own voice!

Training school is a must as he is a bright boy and will need plenty of mental stimulation. He is big and still under a year, so he going to get bigger and will need to learn some self control. Obedience school will give him and his family the tools to learn appropriate behaviours in his new house and with his new human friends.
