Not to mention the key is pitched one step up.

Stylish to have Bert pretending to be Bruce Springsteen

@CrossCrobat I agree; there's just something about seeing the Beetles drummer starting out slowly with the cymbal before he begins the standard Muppet drumming method! I'm pretty sure this version was recorded AFTER the TV version (I think this album came out in 1981; the TV version is probably actually from the late 1970s)

Is the name of this album Born to Add or Born to ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)? Cause I can relate to the latter.

What's even more amazing is that CBS didn't sue the Sesame Street guys for ripping off the Springsteen album cover.... I've also just realised something: Bert/Bruce (both B names); Cookie/Clarence (both C names). Cosmic, man ....

@wileyk209zback also it's not the same without the hyperactive drummer banging away on his set at the halfway mark.

@DrummerBoy922 It's funny how things turn out sometimes isn't it? I don't know if he had time to go on here and hear and see it but I reminded him on his YouTube page that the song he wrote Chris about and said he liked IS on here when he's not touring. CTW could have fallen overboard if it wasn't for Michael Jackson, but the Workshop and it's wonderful shows we've known and loved over the years are still here. So thank GOD for that. :)

Nice, but it just isn't the same without the screaming girls in the background!

I like songs that are slow and easy, like this one.

The suit was settled for $50, which Chris Cerf paid out of his own pocket. On a side note, Paul McCartney wrote to Chris and told him he liked the song.
Did you know that Chris Cerf almost got suded for this song?
