The Tatt story: I only got the little black panda first and from far away you couldn't even tell what it was. So a year later I went to another tattoo parlor and a guy free handed the sun, bamboo and clouds around it. So they really are two tattoos. Now the panda has faded badly and I need to get it recolored!

I don't have any tattoos but I love seeing them. I especially like striking or artful solid designs on arms. I saw a picture of some lady somewhere that had tiger stripes on her arms and legs. It was pretty neat! But definitely once you go full-body tattoo that's stepping into a whole different territory. Anyway, maybe someday I'll get a tattoo, but I think mom was right because her opinion echoes many others who say if you want a tattoo put it everywhere in your house for a year.

I just love seeing what an artist can do with a vision or a sketch. Some of the ones I've seen featured on shows before from around the world are so stunning. I saw a whole back tattoo of two geishas drinking tea that was one of the most beautifully designed tattoos I'd ever seen.

The outline hurt more for me. Once they start filling it in with color its actually a relief. That's just my opinion.
