@EBOWARRIOR It's not just the British Justice system that's at fault. It's the system of support from Mental Health care which is appalling in this country! Where is the help for the Pubic from dangerous Schizophrenics!

We have a problem with a neighbour with Schizophrenia who has serious delusions about a previous female neighbour. He has already been convicted of harassment. Both myself & my landlord have tried liaising with the local mental health care but they have been totally useless. Does anybody know a national authority which deals with Mental Health so we can try & stop there from being another tragedy like this? Thanks!

The death penalty should be brought back for these types of crime, instead lets pay our taxes and keep the monster warm and comfortable and 3 meals a day. The british justice system is a sick joke.
