  • if you have trouble bringing up any past experiences where you felt confident, you can pick a person you know (or fictional character) who is confident, and act and feel as they would.

  • Thanks for all the views and comments. Keep in mind that you can anchor ANY state that you find useful for your fights, including anger. Even better, you can anchor several states, even ones that might seem opposite, like anger and relaxation. check out my other video for demo - MMA Knockout Psychology

  • what if i have never felt really confident... ?

  • @MrAnandrocker anger is not good for fighting. if you really hate a guy that may help you in training. but not in a fight. when you are angry it is like a tunnel vision, you only think about what you can do to your opponent and you don't think about what he can do to you.

  • Diese Informatioen sind Gold wert

  • Good advice from Tony Robbins on NLP

  • Next time record in a room with no echo lol

  • Anger is also a tool dont leave it out. You should let your anger out when your close to the target, or on the target!!
