i have seen many of them and i have all normal ougi but i dont get is how to link them together into THIS.

Blue Earth costs 250 TP, which puts the whole extension combo at 1050 TP total, well over the 999 TP limit. To get around this, I think you need to equip some sort of MP regen item, like a Spirit Symbol or Mental Ring, which will let you recover TP while the attack is going on, thus giving you enough TP for the final extension.
