We need the things that seafood provides for us: iodine, selenium, iron, copper, zinc. We need all these things in order to create and maintain both our brain's intellect and visual acuity, and also our metabolism to support that very, very energy expensive brain. It all ties in together.
You have to have some fish. It was always in your diet and, when you remove it, there are consequences.
