Lance is a hacker, how does he have lv49 and 50 dragonites? they evolved to early!

My awsome technique against Lance:

1. Have both Gyarados and Ampharos in level 48

2. Ampharos kills his Gyarados

3. You use dragon dance then ice fang/ Waterfall the rest of his pokemon = KO

My plan to defeat lance:

1. Get Gyarados , typlosion, Golem, Ampharos, Quagsire, Alakazam

2. Pokemon level = Level 40-45 (Gyarados= Lv. 60 since its a dragon type too)
