The Flirts - Passion (1982)
Remixed by Steve Murano in recent years, with his utterly cheesey version!
Both are on the tube if ye want to check them out.

You should check out the "Italo" genre also, lots more instrumental stuff there if you get fed up of vocally tracks. Giorgio Moroder is an artist worth checking out also if you haven't already.
As for "Passion", another dj called "Felix Da Housecat" used a short sample of the track, in his track called "Silver Screen".
