Take note that the stat requirements are only what I recommend. If you can take on a level 88 werewolf, then do it.
You can NOT train this way is you are a low level.
Saradomin Sword is recommended for strength, Abyssal Whip for Attack and defense.
You can train any combat stat here, not just strength.
