  • I like drum soli from old schoolers

  • this is when he was with 3 doors down, not nickelback

  • Good drummer but not a lot of feel. Just a bunch of double bassing. Sounds like something I've heard a million times. And nickelback really sucks.

  • I don't like Nickelback that much but their drummer certainly is impressive. Quite inspiring actually!

  • There is no arrogance to what I'm saying, not one bit. I love music of all sorts, hard or simple, strange or familiar. I understand that this man loves playing straight up rock and roll. My only point is that as far as I have seen of his playing, he is not one of the more remarkable players I've ever heard. That's it. I'm not trying to denounce him, his band, or his style, I'm just objectively analysing his level of playing, based on factors which I've already stated.

  • and since I've played every kind of percussive device, and on the Christmas of my 13th birthday, I got my first drumset. Since then I've made my life revolve around music. Now you know enough about me.

  • OK, I've been playing percussion since I was 5. My father took me as a child to a Peruvian restaurant, and there was live band playing, in the center a man was sitting on a box and slapping his hands upon it, I asked my dad what that thing was, and he said a 'cajon,' which is what the instrument is called. Now, hispanic music is largely based on the rhythm section, in fact, it's the foundation of it; and when I saw that man playing the cajon, I fell in love with the rhythm aspect of music...

  • Ive come to understand that trying to explain anything to you is a waste of time and effort so no, i wont put any further effort into explanations. If theres some other more apparent reason for your arrogance (maybe your parents have lots of money and you went to some fancy private school or you were a star ball player or something of that sort) id gladly comment on that instead, but all youve given me to understand why youre so much smarter than everyone else is age. I was there once too

  • Right, rather than respond to my comments, you mock my age. Mm-hmm, I'm the one that needs to learn.

  • Hahahahahahahaha. Oh the joys of being young and knowing everything... Youll learn kid. Give it time
